FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DO YOU SHIP YOUR PUPPIES?

We do not ship our puppies except under special circumstances such as weight and size restrictions for in cabin. We prefer to use a flight nanny (either Nina or a reliable experienced nanny we trust) so it is a more pleasant experience for the puppy. The use of a flight nanny or shipping is an additional cost (at the buyers expense) once the puppy has reached 8 weeks of age and can travel.

When we do need to ship one of our puppies we use the cargo programs through Delta Airlines, American Airlines, and United Airlines. These airlines provide a temperature controlled environment from the time they are dropped off by us, until the time that they are picked up by the buyer.

These puppies must also have:

  1. A health exam and certificate provided by our vet to travel

  2. An airline approved travel crate with a clip on food and water dish

  3. The flight made to travel during a safe temperature

We will provide the above required paperwork and travel crate for you once the extra travel fees are paid. However, the ticketing all must be paid for and arranged by the buyer.

WHAT IF I CAN’T BE THERE ON “PUPPY PICK DAY”?

If you are unable to be there on puppy pick day, you will still be required to pick which puppy will be yours remotely. We give you as much information about all the puppies sizes, conformation, personalities and temperaments as possible. Regardless if you can be here in person, we tend to ask tons of questions in regards to what type of puppy you are wanting (lazy, active, adventurous), what your expectations are of the puppy, how active your lifestyle is, etc. to really narrow it down to a few puppies that we think would best fit your family. We can send pictures and videos as well as video call so you can have a live feed of the puppies to help you decide. Our goal is to place the perfect puppy that will fit the needs of your family and home so we do all that we can to make that happen.
